Shipping: Shipping is a flat fee of $7.99 for all US orders(does not include HI, AK). Please contact us prior to ordering if you need shipment outside the contiguous 48 United States. Please allow 24 hours for order processing before your order is shipped. We ship using both UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail services.
Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of order. Please contact us by email at epicherbs@gmail.com if you wish to return an item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Product Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with the products you have received, please contact us and we will be glad to refund the value of the item(s) purchased. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping, and credit will be granted when the item(s) are received at our warehouse.
Packaging: All items are packaged by the pound in food grade plastic bags that are sealed for freshness and safety. Purchased volumes of over 10+ lbs may be combined into a single large bag as deemed necessary.
Restocking Fees: Return orders due to accidental or errors in order placement are subject to 20% restocking fees.
